INGREDIENTS
1 Frozen Pie Shell 2cups
Broccoli Crowns, Chopped 1 Garlic Cloves, Minced 1oz
Crumbled Goat Cheese 1-1 / 2cups Eggs Beaten
1 / 4tsp Kosher Salt 1 / 4tsp Ground Black Pepper

Broccoli Cheese Quiche
DIRECTIONS Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 ° F.
Step 2
Bake pie shell 10 minutes, until slightly browned. Remove and set aside to cool.
Step 3
While pie shell bakes, bring a medium non-skillet to medium low heat.
Step 4
Add broccoli, garlic, and 1 / 4 cup water. Cover and steam for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Pour into pie shell, and top with pea-size portions of goat cheese.
Step 6
In a small mixing bowl, beat eggs, salt, and pepper until foamy. Pour over broccoli and cheese.
Step 7
Bake 25 minutes, or until center of quiche is set.

Paper Shredding Event Saturday, May 24, 2025
LOCATION: FCCSA Parking Lot 4350 Austin Parkway, Sugar Land TIME: 9am- 12pm
FCCSA is hosting a FREE paper shredding event on Saturday, May 24th from 9 am – 12 pm or until the trucks are full. The items accepted are all paper, file folders, hanging files, notepads and envelopes. There is no need to remove staples, paper clips, fasteners or rubber bands. Unacceptable items include newspapers, magazines, catalogs, plastic bags, electronics and x-rays.

Drops are limited to six( 6) boxes or garbage bags per FCCSA household. Boxes & plastic bags need to be taken back with you. This is a drive thru only event. You will need to drive thru, stop your car by the PROSHRED truck where we will ask you to stay in your car and open your trunk, we will empty your bags or boxes, and put your bags or boxes back in your trunk and then close your trunk so you can be on your way. The trucks will be at the FCCSA parking lot located at 4350 Austin Parkway, Sugar Land.
FCCSA Office Closed
The FCCSA office will be closed on Friday, April 18, 2025, in observance of Good Friday. The office will reopen on Monday, April 21, 2025, at 8:00 am, and we aren’ t fooling you about that!
