FCCSA Office Closed in Observance of 4th of July

Please make note that the FCCSA office will be closed on Thursday , July 4th in observance of Independence Day . The office will reopen on Friday , July 5th at 8 am . Thank you and we wish you and your family a safe and happy holiday !

commercial areas . As you can see from the calendar above , we have had lots of things to tackle this first year as a new Board . Our main area of focus next year will be beautification of the area and focusing on the other areas that increase our property value . We are letting owners know in advance that we will be focusing more on how yards look in 2025 . Collectively if each owner takes steps to make their property more appealing , the value of our community will increase . The Board is considering increasing the budget for our common areas to make them as economically beautiful as possible . Please know that our beautification effort is just around the corner .
Our Board Meetings are much more friendly than in the past . There is discussion with owners and ideas are shared . Please consider attending and letting your input be known . Board Meetings are held at REMAX Fine Properties off Settler ’ s Way and Hwy 6 . Our desire is to keep the discussion to three minutes per owner and to talk about topics that affect owners in general . If you have a personal issue , please reach out to the staff or email board @ firstcolony . org .
