Kayak Fun on Brooks Lake Pool Season starts April 1
Swim at your own risk pools are now open for the season. This year, Heritage Colony has been added alongside Austin Park and The Lakes, expanding access for residents.
If you already have a pool access card for Austin Park or The Lakes, it will also work at Heritage Colony. If you need a card, you can purchase one at the FCCSA office for $ 10( check or money order only).

Come have fun on Brooks Lake by checking-out a kayak at the Oyster Creek Boathouse located at 15910 Creekbend Drive, Sugar Land. The boathouse is open Saturdays and Sundays from April 18 through October 31.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
9 Saturdays & Sundays 8 am- 12 pm & 4 pm- 7 pm
9 Memorial Day, July 4, and Labor Day 8 am- 12 pm & 4 pm- 7 pm

At kayak check-out you will be required to leave a driver’ s license and sign a liability form. Non-residents may rent a kayak by buying a pass at the FCCSA office. A daily oneuse pass is $ 10.00 per person with a season pass cost of $ 50.00 per person. Make checks payable to FCCSA. Reservations are not ccepted as kayaks are checked out on a first-come, first-serve basis. Don’ t forget to bring along sun block and drinking water! There are no pets allowed in the kayaks. Life preservers are provided and must be worn by all participants.

Main Street Theater Camp comes to First Colony
Main Street Theater is bringing its popular one-week summer camps to the First Colony Clubhouse, offering kids ages 6-12 a fun and creative experience.
Campers will work together to create an original play, design costumes and props, and build confidence through engaging theater activities. It’ s a great opportunity for kids to explore creativity while developing teamwork and communication skills.
