Welcome Jacques and Katie Cowart, founders of At One Fitness!
Jacques and Katie
Cowart partnered
together to start
At One Fitness
in NY in 2005
after several years
of individual
success in the
fitness industry.
Katie having an
extensive background in ballet
and modern dance, which led
her to Pilates specific training,
and Jacques with sports, which
led him to sports specific
personal training , the concept
for At One Fitness came about
very organically. The mission
of At One Fitness is to help our
clients become at one with their
body by giving the client the
opportunity to work one on one
with both a Personal Trainer and
a Pilates Instructor. Jacques and
Katie work to customize exercise
programs designed specifically
for each member’s needs and
work closely with each individual
to ensure that their sessions will
emphasize the specific desired
results they are looking for. With
such personalized programs it
is assured that members will
see results. In
addition to private
training, Jacques
and Katie will
also be offering
small group
classes. Members
can enjoy the
energy, fun, and
community
of working out and training
together, yet still receive close
attention from the trainers. After
years of working with a range
of individuals and groups in
NY, including rehab facilities,
Pilates clinics, and the Trump
National Golf course, they are
very excited about being here
in CO and partnering with the
Fort Collins Country Club.
