New Avebe Innovation Center, in partnership with Campus
Groningen, Netherland
Avebe’s choice for the Campus was based in part on the
prospect of synergy with Groningen University, Hanze University
of Applied Sciences and the entrepreneurs present at Campus
Groningen. The know-how, the dynamism and the favourable
climate for innovation at Campus Groningen provide Avebe with
an ideal breeding ground to continue their own innovations in this
northern region.
‘Avebe is driven by knowledge and innovation. We share that
motto with Campus Groningen, and this is highlighted by our new
establishment. This is a location bursting with dynamism, among
young talent and leading companies, and Avebe feels perfectly

The new building is expected to be completed in the second
quarter of 2018.

Center in Singapore

The Singapore innovation center will serve as the gateway to
customers in Southeast Asia and beyond, and enable ADM to work
closely with customers to create complete flavor and specialty

throughout Southeast Asia.

Innovation ingredients and new plant launched brings
opportunity for ASEAN
Grape King Bio’s Bioengineering team have been using their
expert fermentation technique to develop and innovation new
raw materials every year. Bio-Cordyceps GK-4 is a newest raw
ingredient for Vision Health from our Bioengineering Centre. In 2018
Grape King will be expanding their current 285 ton fermentation
capacity and will soon be able an additional 300 tons. This helps us
not only meet local demand but also reach new global clients too.
Launching of FlavoreX® Flavor
Foodex, the most innovative Seasoning House in Indonesia,
has unveiled a breakthrough in Natural Extraction. As we passed
our 20th year, we will spend the next several years to revolutionize
Meat and Spice Flavor. In close collaboration with various F&B
industries, we have launched FlavorEX® Meat and Cheese Flavor
so our consumers can have healthy and delicious foods.

and sweetener solution. Marking the 50th
anniversary, Indesso presented the new R&D
Center in Cileungsi, which is fully equipped
with main facilities such as MR-1 standard
Microbiology Laboratory, Advanced Analysis
QC Laboratory, and Biotech Laboratory.
