AMBULANCES Basic Life Support ( BLS ) vs . Advanced Life Support ( ALS )
Ambulance services are dictated by the paramedic equipment onboard . These same features also help pinpoint cost . Both BLS and ACLS have life-saving techniques , but they differ in level of care , training , equipment , and setting .
