Questioning labels about age and success

Millennial , Gen X , Boomer – do you identify with the social generation labels so often referenced in pop culture ? What part of these generalizations do you agree with or reject ?
Whatever the terminology used to tag an entire age group , there are distinctions between people of different ages that can become evident in social and work interactions . Marketing and management philosophies target demographic factors , but is it effective ?
On April 22 , the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce presents Women of All Generations , a panel discussion and networking event , celebration and a pop-up market by womenowned businesses . A special award , named for early Fayetteville businesswoman Sarah Jessie Young , will be presented to a modern-day woman who embodies Mrs . Young ’ s qualities . How do you think your age is related to your career opportunities ? The panel members of Women of All Generations will discuss this topic and how being an Gen X , Y , Z or Boomer affects you . Hearing the perspective of all generations may help us develop some universal wisdom about doing well in your work or personal life .
