After realizing that there was
no Quebec-made vodka, in
spite of a rich local supply of
premium-quality spring water
and first-rate raw materials,
Nicolas Duvernois founded
PUR Vodka in 2006 with the aim
of restoring vodka to its former
glory. In 2008, he teamed up
with Christopher Lecky, and the
two spent four years in research
and development before
selling their first bottle.
After winning some 50 prizes
and distinctions, PUR has become
one of the most awarded vodkas
in the world today! The fresh taste
of vodka is paired with Favuzzi
balsamic cream in this refreshing,
deliciously different cocktail.
