- 1 white onion, diced
- 1 large carrot, peeled and cubed
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed and finely chopped
- 5 mL (1 teaspoon) Joe Beef BBQ powder
- 2 cans Favuzzi peeled tomatoes
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 thyme sprigs
- 5 mL (1 teaspoon) dried oregano
- 175 g (1/2 jar) Villevieille Picheline green olives

PREPARATION TIME - 15 MINUTES
COOKING TIME - 6 HOURS
IN A PAN, BROWN THE SAUSAGES ON ALL SIDES.
PLACE ON KITCHEN TOWELS AND SET ASIDE.
IN THE SAME PAN, SAUTÉ THE ONION, THEN ADD THE
CARROT AND FINISH WITH THE GARLIC.
