Mini Sausage Rolls
Ingredients
- 2 sheets of puff pastry
- 200g beef mince
- Mixed herbs
- 1 egg
- 1 onion diced
- Tomato Sauce (to serve)
METHOD
1. Combine the diced onion and mince in a bowl.
2. Add the mixed herbs, and half of the egg.
3. Roll the mixture into sausage shapes and cover in a thin layer of puff pastry.
4. Brush the pastry with the leftover egg , and put it in the oven for 15-20 mins or until golden brown.
