KPI- Key Performance Indicator
Customer Service- To provide assistance to customers in order to meet needs
Communication- The exchanging of information by speaking writing or other mediums
Bricks and Clicks- A company that’s online and in store
Skill- The ability to do something well
Hard Skill- Teachable qualities or skill sets that are measurable
Soft Skill- Subjective/ emotional skills that aren’t measurable
Vendor- A person or company offering something for sale
Flexibility- The willingness to change or compromise or ability to be easily modified
Duty- A task or action that one is required to perform as part of one’s job. Duty could also be the tax paid to the government.
Components- A part of or element of a larger whole
Strategy- A plan of action designed to achieve a long term overall aim
Export- Sending goods or services to another country for sale
Critical Path- A series of tasks that must be done in order and in the right amount of time to complete the project
Costs- The amount that has to be paid for something
Reliability- The ability to be relied or depended on
Ability- Possession of the means or skill to do something
Retail- Process of selling consumer goods or services to customers
Multi- Chanel Retailing- When a company provides numerous ways to purchase goods
Subscription- To receive something regularly by paying in advance
Omni- Chanel Retailing- When a company uses a variety of channels like social media etc
