yoga works wonders specially hot yoga which just so happens to be in a crowded yoga room with no a/c on ten minutes pass and you're on pose #3 and you feel like youre doing yoga in the middle of the sahara. ( lol its really a work out) Indoor cycling is great too giving you not only a cardio work out but also works out the abs,armd,legs and butt. Juicing keeps your metabolism the way it should be working and replaces/gets rid of those unhealthy snacks we all crave during the day and at night.
