Assistance Dogs
Only guide, assistance, and hearing dogs are admitted into the show.
Canvassing Canvassing for orders by any unauthorised person is strictly prohibited, and the organisers reserve the right to refuse admission. The distribution of printed or other placards, handbills, or other articles, except by exhibitors at their stand areas, is strictly prohibited.
Catering Catering outlets are available within the Exhibition Hall.
Disabled Access
Access to the show is via the West Foyer, where there is ramped access for disabled visitors, and allocated blue badge parking is available near the entrance.
First Aid Centre
All First Aid incidents should be reported to the Organisers’ Office.
Lost Property Any enquiries should be directed to the Organisers’ Office.
Toilets
All toilets and baby changing facilities can be found along the downstairs corridor, on the same side as the Exhibition Hall entrance.

SEMINAR & MASTERCLASS TICKETS All of our sessions are included in your show tickets. Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
ORGANISERS’ OFFICE Please follow the signs to the Organisers’ Office, which is located along the corridor from the Main Entrance to the Exhibition Hall.
