This 24 room relaxed nature retreat has an emphasis on appreciating life ’ s true values and getting back to basics . Spread over 943 acres on Bali ’ s stunning north west coast the emphasis is on restoring calm . Explore the park by double-decker open-top safari-style mini bus or you can hire a bike or even go on horseback . Facilities include two restaurants and bars , a pool , spa , kayaks , dive centre and free WiFi . We recommend a snorkel or dive safari to discover the magical underwater world .

DAY 1 Bali beach hotel / Menjangan
Travel north west towards the exquisite Bali Barat National Park ( approx 91 miles / 4 hours drive ) and The Menjangan .
DAYS 2-3 Menjangan
Whilst many will enjoy the tranquillity and chance to share space with deer ( menjangan ), birds , reptiles and monkeys , others will relish the world class diving and snorkelling at nearby Menjangan Island . You can also snorkel off the jetty , hop in a kayak or take a boat trip to see the amazing underwater world . On land , activities include horse riding , bird watching , treks , mountain biking and spa treatments . Dining options include the Bali Tower , which climbs above the tree line offering incredible panoramic views , and Pantai Restaurant set at Sentigi Beach .
DAY 4 Menjangan / Bali beach hotel
Morning at leisure to laze and listen to the sound of birdsong or enjoy the activities further . All too soon , it ’ s time to return to your chosen beach resort , or alternatively why not travel onwards to Ubud ( approx 3½ hours drive )?

DAY 1 Bali airport , Ubud or Bali Beaches / Munduk
Depart by private air-conditioned car for the journey two hours north into Bali ’ s stunningly picturesque hill country , a region largely untouched by international tourism . Your boutique retreat is nestled amidst a working coffee plantation and is surrounded by lush jungle , coffee trees and rice fields .
DAY 2 Munduk
At leisure . A choice of included morning and afternoon activities are available , which vary by day and include : Balinese workshop , a yoga class , traditional coffee processing and tasting demonstration , Balinese kite making class , Balinese clothing workshop , spinning top workshop , learning to lay the gamelan , and visits to Hindu ceremonies . In addition , there is a 45 minute guided morning trek around the plantation or take a morning shuttle to visit Bali ’ s central lakes , the famous Ulun Danu temple , botanical garden , the Munduk waterfall or the local market . Alternatively , you may prefer to book from a range of alternative exciting activities ( additional expense ) such as horse riding , trekking , cycling and muck-diving .
DAY 3 Munduk / Bali beaches , Ubud or Bali airport :
