Island Hideaways & East Coast Beach Resorts

Picture-perfect locations for a beachside stay
Surrounded by natural beauty, charming Terengganu is a tranquil hang out, with tropical beaches, lush jungle, quaint villages and a scattering of islands. Its sapphire waters teem with marine life, including turtles, making it a popular dive spot.
Kuantan’ s coastline stretches for 30 miles along the South China Sea and is surrounded by coconut palms and traditional fishing villages. There’ s a bounty of beautiful beaches too including the fine powdery sands of Teluk Cempedak.
The pace of life is refreshingly slow on tiny Tioman Island, an alluring paradise for lazy days in the sun. The warm waters and diverse undersea world are perfect for snorkelling and diving, while hiking trails leading through the mountainous interior offer the chance to explore the fascinating flora and fauna.
Malaysia’ s rising-star resort destination is the Desaru Coast, where along with a stunning beach, rainforest and mangroves, there are luxurious resorts, world-class golf and a large adventure waterpark.
In the Straits of Malacca on Malaysia’ s west coast lies the privately owned island of Pangkor Laut. Pristine silver sands, clear blue waters, verdant rainforest and glorious seclusion entice travellers seeking pure escapism.
