Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the cookie mix, butter, egg, extract and food coloring. Add about 10-12 drops of the food coloring. Stir in the chips. Spoon dough onto cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes. These cookies are best the day that they are made, but you can keep them in an airtight container for 2 to 3 days.
