Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees . Mix together the cookie mix , butter , egg , extract and food coloring . Add about 10-12 drops of the food coloring . Stir in the chips . Spoon dough onto cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes . These cookies are best the day that they are made , but you can keep them in an airtight container for 2 to 3 days .
