8- What are the "likes & dislikes" about your job?
One of my "likes" is that I'm my own boss, I can use my time as I wish and there's no schedule, I decide how and when, and what's better, I can do it at home. Another "like" is that I've met so many people who do the same as me and they have been so friendly towards me that I feel I can learn more from them.
One of the "dislikes" is that I've had to face some serious drawbacks with my timetable, I mean sometimes it takes me a lot of time to do my job making me feel very tired, pushing me to leave aside my duties and friends, this really makes me feel bad because they have become an important part of my life and they also have supported me all this time. I haven't even had time to hang out with them, fortunately they understand me and see me as a hardworking person.
9- How many subscribers or followers do you have in your internet account?
Well, I have several internet accounts, it depends on the social network we are talking about. Furthermore the number of followers and subscribers varies in each of them, for instance, in my Youtube Channel called "ElSmosh" I have approximately 480.000 subscribers while on the other social networks the number of subscribers is lower, my "Facebook Fan Page of Elsmosh has 94.992 Likes" this means that 94.992 people like my Facebook Fan Page. My Fan Page Personal has 31.862 Likes, a very similar number of followers has my Twitter de "ElSmosh" with 32.590. Finally, my Personal Twitter which has10.000 Followers
10- What was your reaction when you were contacted by the American Social Network called "Smosh"?
Fisrt of all, they contacted me through my own social networks such as Twitter, Facebook and Youtube offering me to work for them dubbing their episodes into Spanish. I'll remember that day for the rest of my life, this happened exactly in May 07th of 2011 and my first dubbed episode was uploaded in July 08th of the same year. At the beginning I couldn't believe what was happening, one of the most famous Youtube Channels was contacting me only for asking me to work with them, finally, after I accepted the offer I knew my idols and honestly it took me a lot of time to understand the situation.
11- How long have you been doing this?
I've been officially working with Smosh for 11 months and this next July 8th it'll be exactly a year.
12- What tips could you give to the beginners on the intenet?
Well, I think that the most important tip is that they really enjoy what they are doing or they are planning to do in the future. Also. they shouldn't focus on how much money or fame they might get from their work, if they focus on those aspects they will probably feel tired and demotivated in a short period of time. And the last tip is that they should always have their feet on the ground, no matter how successful are their careers.
13- If you could express all the process of your work in just one word, what would that word be?
"Effort".
"Neluam, from a hobby to the fame"
