GRACE FERNANDEZ
Teaching Assistant
Grace started here at Fanwood as a sub, an in no time,
became a Teaching Assistant in the classroom. She has
worked in the Elementary department, as well as the High
School Skills department. Grace graduated from Kean
University, earning a place on the Deans List for all
semesters and graduated with a BA in Speech, Language
and Hearing Sciences. Grace also has a certification in
ASL and Deaf Studies from Union County College.
BILL HORGAN
Director of Facilities
Bill Horgan is Fanwood’s new Director of Facilities. Bill has
his MA in Science Management, and BA in Electrical
Engineering. He recently retired from his 25 year career in
Corporate America as a Service Delivery Manager. Bill
joined the Fanwood family when he realized he wasn't quite
ready to join the ranks of retirees.
BIANCA MENDOZA
Spanish Family Facilitator
Bianca Mendoza is Fanwood’s new Spanish
Family Facilitator. Bianca recently graduated from
Gallaudet University with her BA in Arts,
Communications, and Spanish. Bianca received a
Student Leadership Award during her time at
Gallaudet, and was on the Dean's list as well.
Bianca is trilingual and can communicate using
English, Spanish and ASL.
