LEONARD HINES
Lenny started working at Fanwood on Sept 3, 1986 as an
Engineer. In 2000, he became the Supervisor of Grounds
Workers, and a year later became the Director of Grounds and
Maintenance. Over 32 years, Lenny worked countless hours
around the clock making sure the property was kept up and
buildings were running smoothly.
He retired as Director of Grounds and Maintenance in
November, and is looking forward to traveling. His positive
attitude and ever-present smile will be forever remembered
and treasured!
JAMIE SAVELOFF-CHESTER
Jamie has a MA in Deaf Education and a BS in Elementary
Education. She started her career at Fanwood on Sept 1, 1987 as a
Teacher in the Family Infant Program (FIP). Over the years, Jamie
worked primarily in the FIP, however, she also worked briefly in
the Pre-School and even the High School. While working with
the FIP, Jamie traveled throughout the lower Hudson Valley
providing families and children with individualized lessons,
focusing on their various needs.
Jamie is proud to have been involved in the development and
success of the Family Infant Program and continues to work
with the program on a part-time basis.
