The Bear ’ s goal for 2022 under Coach Connott is pretty easy to pinpoint . The Bears are hungry for a winning season and a post season run . The last time the Bears hung up six wins was in 2010 . Their last real playoff run was the 10-4 season registered in 2006 . |
Whether at linebacker or safety , Tanner Ackerman ’ s name was called often on the Brownsboro PA last year . He ’ s not real big , but he led the defense in tackles with 114 . The junior has been praised for his work ethic . He ’ s not bad in the classroom either , scoring a 4.0 grade point average . |

On Sept . 23 , the Bears make the often taken journey north across the Henderson County line to square off against the Van Vandles . The two have locked up in some heated matchups down through the year and it ’ s always a sweet victory when the Bears take down the team in red . |
