services of the fast-response accident team as well
as the opportunity to enjoy an S$100 discount on your
insurance premiums.

MANGOSTEEN
Native to Southeast Asia, the mangosteen has many
antioxidants, which help the immune system, improve joint
flexibility, and provide mental support.
Mangosteen Juice
1 Prepare a few mangosteen skins.
2 Peel the insides of the skin while ensuring that you don’t
scrape the outer covering, which is the darker part.
3 Blend the peeled skins with condensed milk, cocoa
powder, avocado, sugar and ice before mixing well.
DRAGON FRUIT
Resembling the shape of dragon flames, the mild-tasting
dragon fruit aids digestion. It has high amounts of vitamin
C and antioxidants.
Lemon Dragon Fruit Juice
1 Remove the skin off the dragon fruit and cut the fruit into
smaller pieces.
2 Cut a half lemon into smaller pieces.
3 Blend the dragon fruit and lemon together with a
spoonful of plain or vanilla yoghurt and serve.
YANG MEI
Also known as the bayberry, the yang mei is rich in antioxidants and is great
in helping to reduce blood pressure.
Yang Mei Orange Iced Tea
1 Boil water in a saucepan before adding
bayberries and simmering over low heat.
2 After 15 minutes, crush the bayberries and
add sugar into the saucepan. Switch off the
fire and let the mixture cool.
3 Strain the juice and then, add tea bags
into the mixture. Heat it again for a few
minutes before cooling and serving the
iced tea!
