1. Start the day right with breakfast
• Have you ever noticed that when you skip
breakfast you tend to get cranky, have
limited concentration, snack more, or eat
more at the next meal? This can negatively
affect your weight. Breakfast sets the pace
for your activity level and eating pattern for
the rest of the day, and refuels the brain after
an overnight fast. So how can this be
