After five classes , any additional classes will be a flat rate of $ 472.00 per class .
Recital video fee / family $ 25.00 . Trial drop in classes $ 25.00 .
Recital costume fee per dance class to be paid at time of registration : $ 140.00 + HST ($ 120.00 + HST for Hip-Hop ).
Please note , shoes , tights and undergarments are not included in costume fees .
If paying in installments : 1st Installment is due at time of registration . Other installment dates : Nov . 2 , 2020 , Jan . 4 , 2021 , and Mar . 1 , 2021 .

REFUND POLICY
› One week prior to first scheduled lesson : 100 % refund of tuition minus a $ 50.00 Administrative Fee .
› After the first scheduled lesson : 90 % refund of tuition minus a $ 50.00 Administrative Fee .
› After the second scheduled lesson : 80 % refund of tuition minus a $ 50.00 Administrative Fee .
› After the third scheduled lesson : 70 % refund of tuition minus a $ 50.00 Administrative Fee .
› NO REFUND during / after the fourth scheduled lesson . This includes cancellations in the 2nd semester . You are responsible for honouring payment for the entire program fee , regardless of payment method ( ie . Paid in full or by installments ).
› NO REFUND on costumes , merchandise , exam entry fees , convention entry fees , or competition entry fees .
PAYMENT POLICY
› A $ 30.00 charge will be applied for all NSF cheques and late payments .
