Age : 21 and up Min / Max : 6 / 10 Location : Slotnick Center / NSSRA , Highland Park
Join your friends for a morning of fitness , meal planning , and self-care practices that you can add to your routines at home . Participants will prepare nutritious snacks throughout the season , get moving with fitness activities , and enjoy learning about healthy lifestyles .
ɢ This program may include group cooking instruction ; therefore , NSSRA cannot accommodate all dietary restrictions . We will make only a light snack during various program weeks so please plan accordingly .
ɢ Please wear gym shoes and bring a water bottle . ӹ

This program is part of a back-to-back lineup with Weekenders . Participants enrolled in the line-up will receive lunch supervision from 12:30 - 1:00 pm .
Gain an understanding of health and wellness and learn basic cooking and baking skills .
s Develop positive socialization skills with peers .

Get a jump start and join your friends for the best kind of Saturday afternoon , including themed parties , activities , and socialization ! This group loves good ole fashion fun , from bingo to karaoke and game day to mocktails . Participants will enjoy an afternoon full of socializing and activities !

This program is part of a back-to-back lineup with Healthy Living . Sign up for both to extend your day . Lunch supervision will be provided from 12:30 - 1:00 pm . Participants enrolled in the line up must bring a sack lunch .
