Do you enjoy playing video games at home? Then, join us in a small group setting as we explore the world of video gaming through the Nintendo Switch, Virtual Reality, and more! Participants will work alongside their peers to accomplish tasks, build something, and express themselves creatively while playing their favorite video games.

Self-love isn ' t selfish; it ' s essential. Join us as we develop confidence and manifest acceptance through group and individual exercises. During the program, we will explore various ways to focus on and improve our mental health, including, but not limited to, journaling and scrapbooking, meditation, affirmations, projects, and games. You won ' t want to miss this opportunity to start creating healthy habits!
