The Evelyn Burrow Museum , located on the campus of Wallace State Community College in the Burrow Center for the Fine and Performing Arts , features an extensive collection of art and exhibitions that highlight local , national and international artists .
Opening Tuesday through Friday from 9 a . m . to 5 p . m . and Saturdays from 10 a . m . to 2 p . m ., the Burrow Museum ’ s vast collection includes more than 5,000 objects primarily of porcelain , pottery , glass and bronze from the Victorian era to modern times .
The museum ’ s namesake , Cullman County ’ s Evelyn Burrow , had an appreciation for fine art , and the museum continues that legacy by displaying some of her favorite works , as well as several featured exhibits of artists from around the world . Admission is free .
