Bloomin ’ Festival is a two-day juried arts festival drawing thousands of visitors to the beautiful campus of St . Bernard Abbey and Preparatory School . Located adjacent to the school is the world-famous Ave Maria Grotto . The picturesque landscape of stone-cut buildings on the grounds of Alabama ’ s only Abbey provides the perfect backdrop for this outdoors spectacle . More than 140 booths are filled with artists and vendors demonstrating and exhibiting their work . The festival is regionally renowned and serves as the largest annual fundraiser for the operation and maintenance of the school .

First Avenue , Warehouse District
A rustically picturesque street party and catered meal in Cullman ’ s Warehouse District , Dinner on First , has gathered hundreds of local residents and out-of-town visitors for an evening of food and fun and a purpose . The event is a fund raiser for Cullman Parks and Recreation with proceeds going to support other park projects throughout Cullman .
