Skaters must have a clean axel and be working on double jumps. Building from the previous level of Free Skate 6, Advanced Jumps will develop and work on technique for most of the double jumps. These include double salchow, double toe loop and double loop. This class will also work on advanced spinning, which includes a flying camel, flying sit spin, and illusion.

This class will work on technique for Basic 5 and above divided up by levels. Group A- Basic 5 / 6 / PreFreeskate, Group B- FS 1, FS2, FS 3, Group C- FS 4, FS 5, FS 6 +. This class will rotate between the 3 stations( Jumps / Harness, Spins, Dance / Footwork / Interpretive) and by each Group A, B, C divided up by level. Instructors will also rotate within the stations.

This class will work on creative elements which will include spread eagle, catch spirals, bower, spin rotation, creative spins, plus technique, and different fun elements that will add to a skaters style. Skaters should be at a level of Basic 5 and above.

This class is open to skaters of all levels and disciplines. This progressive class further introduces skaters to starting position, fall and recovery, tracking, strides, slalom, and other basic speed skating techniques. Gloves, shin, neck guard, and a helmet are required.
