This class offers an introduction to drawing and painting materials, techniques, and methods. Students will learn about the 7 elements of art while exploring a variety of different drawing and painting materials. We will draw and paint from observation and imagination while learning about famous artists along the way.

Young Rembrandts: Anime & Manga Drawing Workshop
Students will learn to draw imagery inspired by Japanese cartoons( Anime) and Japanese comic books( Manga). Our students will learn to exaggerate facial features, draw expressive faces, and create dynamic body poses. Characters include people, animals, and robots.
