Join us for the festive annual Winter Exhibition! Skaters have the opportunity to showcase their skating skills and artistry to holiday music. Snowplow 1-3 and Basic 1 & 2 skaters have the opportunity to participate in a beginnerlevel follow-the-leader group number. All skaters are permitted to perform a solo, duet or in a trio. SPEED SKATING
Learn to Speed Skate
Under the coaching of Northbrook Speedskating Club, learn the basics of speed skating, such as position, straightaway, corners and starts. All levels are welcome. Figure, hockey or speed skates can be worn, while gloves, shin guards, a neck guard and helmet are required.

First Timers
First Timers is geared towards beginner skaters with an interest in hockey, who can try out participating in group instruction prior to registering for a full session of Beginner classes. Skate and helmet usage is included in the cost of registration.
