Players are introduced to the fundamentals of soccer tactics such as passing the ball , offensive moves , defensive moves , keeping / controlling the ball and taking the ball away from the opposing team . Physical endurance and fitness are emphasized while touching the ball .

Experience this classic basement game in an arena style team game . All guns , ammo and eye protection will be provided . Participants may bring their own gun or eye wear if desired . A different theme will be planned for each week of the class , starting with school colors day .

Mindset Girls Volleyball
Bump up your game and have fun while learning basic rules and skills . Mindset Club Volleyball coach Randy Satovitz will work to strengthen fundamentals including passing , setting , serving and footwork . This program is for girls only . Participants must reach the minimum age requirement of each section by the start of classes .
