Teams will consist of 2 players and only one person per team needs to register . Indicate your team name please when registering . Registration deadline : F , 9 / 22 . Payouts and tournment format will be announced after registration closes .

• Participants must register as a team . Full payment and participant roster / waiver forms are required for all Adult Sports Leagues before participation will be permitted .
