The Illinois Baseball Academy ( IBA ) believes in a holistic approach to teaching the game by blending skill development with character education . Participants must sign up individually , but may request to be part of a small group or a complete 10-member team . Minor League T-Ball
Children will learn a new skill and practice it with the help of IBA coaches . Teams will play a controlled T-ball game and participate in a variety of fun baseball activities . IBA coaches will run practice and game time .

Lil Dribblers
This program introduces children to the game of basketball in a safe , fun and exciting environment . Coaches will use age-appropriate activities and games specifically designed to increase balance , body awareness , motor skills , hand eye coordination , listening skills and the ability to follow directions .
