NWTC STUDENTS:
DEGREE, DIPLOMA AND CERTIFICATE STUDENTS
Your first opportunity to register is based on your degree, diploma, or
certificate program. If you are in more than one program, register
according to your primary program–the one you’ll complete first.

Students who have already started a degree or diploma program
can register at 8:00 a.m. on the following dates:

REMEMBER: You can register anytime on or after your assigned date by
going to www.nwtc.edu and clicking my.NWTC, by phone, mail, or by
coming to see our friendly staff at any NWTC location. See the Registration

REFUND POLICY
The Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) Refund
Policy states:
Drop before the first scheduled meeting
of the class ............................................................................. 100%
If at or less than 10% of the total class meetings
completed at time of drop ......................................................... 80%
If after 10% but not more than 20% of total class
meetings completed at time of drop ......................................... 60%
After more than 20% of the total class meetings
completed at time of drop ........................................................... 0%
After the first scheduled day of class: Miscellaneous class-
related fees (i.e. luncheon, insurance, etc) are non-refundable.
You may drop a class in several ways: through the my.NWTC
web portal at www.nwtc.edu; by phone at 920-498-5444 or 888-
385-NWTC; or in person at the Welcome Desk at any NWTC
location.
Students are fully responsible for tuition and fees. You will not
be automatically dropped from classes. You must drop your
class through Registration or pay fees by the due date to avoid
charges, late fees and collection activities.
