Join Amy on Wednesdays with the options of a shallow or deep-water Tabata workout. Her Tabata workout consists of 30 minutes of interval training, which is a total body cardio blast! She will balance out this high energy workout with 15 minutes of mindful stretching designed to improve muscular flexibility and joint range of motion.

SWET™ is a Structured Water Exercise Training designed to incorporate unique blocks focused on H. I. I. T., strength and advanced cardio training in the shallow end of the pool that will challenge your entire body and make you S’ WET. Every other week, we will S’ WET™ DEEP and focus on suspended work, optimizing muscle contractions through structured deep-water exercises and movements. S’ WET™ DEEP utilizes steady state conditioning, isolation work, and strategic body angles to effectively strengthen the core and ensure a comprehensive full-body water workout.

Low-impact class to challenge your aquatic exercise skills in the Frances A Lewis Lap Pool
This water fitness class is great for adults looking for a fun, low-impact physical activity. During class you will perform various movements in 8 – 10 feet of water to improve joint flexibility, range of motion, and muscle strength. Aqua belts are provided and are required to participate.
