Conversational Hebrew for Beginners
September 2 – 30 Instructor: Guy Ailam 4-week session • Ages 18 +

Evening class option Thursdays 7:30-8:30 pm 9 / 4, 9 / 11, 9 / 18, 9 / 25
This 4-week course is designed for adults with little to no Hebrew knowledge who want to build confidence speaking the language. Through games, dialogue practice, music, and real-life scenarios, participants will gain vocabulary and phrases they can use immediately. Each session focuses on spoken Hebrew and cultural context in a warm, supportive environment. Perfect for travelers, Hebrew learners, or anyone looking to strengthen their connection to Israel and Jewish heritage. No textbook required. All materials provided.

Intro to Judaism

Curious about Judaism? Whether you’ re exploring Judaism for the first time, reconnecting with your roots, or supporting a Jewish partner or friend, this accessible and engaging 6-week course is for you. Split into two short semesters— three weeks leading up to the fall Chagim( Jewish holidays) and three weeks following— this class covers core Jewish beliefs, practices, history, and culture. Come with questions, leave with a deeper understanding of Jewish life and tradition.

Torah Stories for Grown-ups

Ancient Wisdom for a World in Flux. Revisit the stories you thought you knew— and uncover the ones you may have missed. This series delves into the rich complexity of the Torah’ s narratives to explore timeless questions: What is justice? Why is it so deeply connected to faith? Discover how an ancient text speaks powerfully to the moral and spiritual dilemmas of the 21st century.
