D . LAWRENCE BARKSDALE DISCOVERED HIS LOVE FOR CREATING IMAGES IN HIGH SCHOOL . In 2000 , he went back to his first love , photography . Older and wiser , he decided to forgo the dogeat-dog world of retail photography to concentrate on the dog-eat-dog world of commercial work , and quickly settled on architecture , product , food , and editorial . Fast forward 22 years , and his client list is as impressive as it is diverse . He currently resides in Savannah , GA with his wife of 25 years , 2 dogs and 3 cats . His focus on cinematic lighting is the cornerstone of his unique style of portraiture and still life work . TIFFANY GOGGIN IS A WEDDING , PORTRAIT , AND PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHER BASED IN SAVANNAH , GEORGIA . She studied film and digital photography at Mercer University and began photographing weddings in 2010 . Her eye for detail and love of crisp , bright images can be seen throughout her work . Whether photographing an elaborate wedding or items for a menu , she enjoys showcasing the details that make each client unique . His essay about the Georgia Sea Island Singers earned a place in the Smithsonian ’ s “ New Harmonies : Celebrating American Roots ” tour . He resides on the Georgia coast .
