Navigating Change The work environment is changing now more than ever and successfully navigating change is critical to the work you do as a leader. This workshop will provide you with a deeper understanding of the phases that people experience during significant change. We will review strategies that can be applied immediately to leverage those reactions, and effectively lead your team through challenging times.
Presentation Skills and Public Speaking In this workshop, we cover best practices for preparing and delivering presentations, as well as tips and tricks for public speaking. We provide time for participants to write and design their next speaking opportunity, as well as a chance to practice presenting! Participants should bring a topic in mind to present, but we will also have sample topics to work with.
