COMPUTER LAB
The Aspen Room ( computer lab ) is available for personal use by seniors of Sea Country Center on Fridays from 9am-12pm . Patrons are granted free access to the Internet and the Microsoft Office suite ( Word , Excel , PowerPoint etc .). A volunteer will be available to provide basic assistance at his or her discretion . Time on computers will be limited to one hour if others are waiting .
Enjoy the use of our conference table which allows laptop computers to be plugged in and powered up ( Wi-Fi ready ). Books are available for check-out on the honor system . We ask that you take no more than 4 books at a time and bring them back to the Return basket . We welcome donations of both paperback and hardcover books that are in good shape and no older than 10 years . We do not accept reference books , text books , religious books , foreign language books , or magazines .

The fitness center has fifteen pieces of equipment for cardio , strength , and flexibility training and is located within Sea Country Center . A registration packet is required at the time of registration . For residents , proof of residency is required by showing a utility bill . Fitness center membership cards will be issued once all required forms are submitted , and an equipment orientation has been completed .
