Bailey Herrmann, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Leadership, Literacy, and Social Foundations at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. She teaches courses in adolescent literacy, literacy engagement, and literacy leadership. Her areas of research include literacy pedagogy and educator professional development. Before becoming a teacher educator, Bailey was a high school English teacher.
