Sam Klemet ‘ 03 , President / CEO of the Michigan Association of Broadcasters , arranged the visit after spending time with students on campus while awarding the Annual MAB Scholarship to Brayden Willis ‘ 22 .

p ACTION Student Leadership Workshop p Experiential Learning Beyond p the Classroom
Students are provided many opportunities for experiential learning beyond the classroom . In April , Mrs . Chumiecki led a group of students through Germany and Switzerland to explore sustainable living ( above , left ). Over the summer , Señora Battista and Señorita Christie and seventeen Spanish Honor Society Warriors explored Spain for two weeks . They stayed with host families for a full immersion experience and attended language and culture classes ( above , right ).
Robert MacMichael , Caiden Ramos , and Brian Totonchi , represented Brother Rice at the annual ACTION Student Leadership Workshop in New Jersey , meeting with eighteen North American schools and our schools from Uruguay and Argentina .
