Join us for a Veterans Day Celebration on Friday , November 11 at 11am at the Sea Country Senior and Community Center .
Digital Salute
The City honors the brave men and women who have made sacrifices to protect our country and would like to recognize them in the Veterans Digital Salute Program . These individuals will be recognized on the City ’ s website . Sign-ups start Monday , October 24 through Friday , November 4 . Please request and submit a completed application to lhewitt @ cityoflagunaniguel . org .
" Proud Veteran Lives Here " Yard Signs
A wonderful way to celebrate the proud veteran that lives in your community . Simply stop by the Sea Country Senior and Community Center beginning Monday , October 31 – Thursday , November 10 to pick up your sign . The Veteran must be a Laguna Niguel resident . There is No cost for the yard sign .
Veterans Chalk Wall
Drop by the Sea Country Senior & Community Center to express your appreciation to those who have served in the military . The chalk wall will be stationed outside of the Center beginning Monday , October 31 . Please stop by the center to write thankful message to our amazing veterans .
Flu Shot Clinic & Senior Resource Fair
Typically , flu season occurs from fall to early spring and it ’ s important to receive your flu shot early to prevent illness . Vaccines will be administered on a first-come first-serve basis ( while supplies last ). The date is subject to change based on vaccine availability , so please confirm with the Center on October 26th by calling ( 949 ) 425-5151 . Registration is not required . Participants must be 18 years or older to participate . Please note : We do not administer flu shots to individuals who are ill on the day of the vaccine , have Gillian Barre Syndrome , or are allergic to eggs .
