GENTLE YOGA FOR STRESS RELIEF ( Monday ) Enfield Annex – Library ( 2nd level ) Fee $ 110 – 10 sessions – 6:00 to 7:00 p . m . Jude Connick , certified MYT yoga instructor Class begins Sept . 26 This slow , gentle class will give instruction in traditional yoga poses done with ease , paired with guided breathing techniques to address that stress ! We will finish with calming meditation mixed with yoga nidra , or yogic sleep . You will leave with more peace and mindfulness needed for the next day .
