Tot School ~ 2022-23

AGE 2 YEARS

Tot School is a great way to introduce your little one to other friends who are the same age . This program provides many opportunities for children to develop . We follow a yearly curriculum and students have an opportunity to explore different learning centers , such as dramatic play , reading , music and more . Daily snack time and gym time are included .

Note : Birth Certificates are required for registration . Being toilet trained is preferred but not required . Diapers must be changed immediately before class . If your child requires a diaper change during class , the family will be contacted and asked to come to the Community Center right away . Staff does not change diapers . Must be appropriate age by September 1 , 2022 . Meet and Greet is Friday , August 19 at 5:30 pm at the Community Center .

Preschool ~ 2022-23

AGE 4 YEARS

Our Preschool program prepares your child for kindergarten . A challenging and engaging curriculum fosters the development of the whole child : cognitive , creative , social , emotional and physical . Our experienced teachers value each child ’ s individuality and strive to give students a positive feeling of self-worth in a safe environment .

Playschool ~ 2022-23

AGE 3 YEARS

The Playschool program is guided by a philosophy of learning through play . Students are introduced to letters , numbers , colors and shapes in a variety of ways . Each day , they have the opportunity to explore learning centers and also spend time in small groups with their teachers . Our primary vision is for children to develop a love of learning and positive self-image while preparing them for Preschool .

After-School Program

GRADES K – 8

Are you looking for an affordable , fun and reliable place for your child to go after school ? If so , the Park District has what you are looking for ! Our After-School Program allows your child to get exercise in our gym , a small snack and homework help . Our goal is to make your night easier by finishing homework and keeping them active through social interaction .

* 2-day minimum requirement * Days must be consistent for the monthly registration * No transportation services available for Non-D84 students Location : Community Center
