AGES 16 YEARS & OLDER
This course includes training in CPR and using an automated external defibrillator ( AED ). This course will cover breathing and cardiac emergencies for adults , infants , and children , as well as first aid topics . Certification is valid for two years .

This free program is designed for anyone who would like to learn how to knit , needlepoint or crochet . Two members have volunteered to bring extra supplies and give instructions to those who may need it .

Medicare Made Clear
AGES 45 YEARS & OLDER
This free offer is designed for individuals who currently have Medicare or are eligible for Medicare in the near future . This in-depth seminar will provide a review of original Medicare , what it does and doesn ’ t cover , and the coverage options that are available for Medicare beneficiaries . A United Healthcare licensed representative will run the presentation and present products offered by United Healthcare Medicare solutions .

Enjoy time together outdoors as we visit the 385-acre living plant museum ! Participants are transported by the Park District coach mini bus as we appreciate the 27 display gardens on site . We will meet at the Community Center . Please note , lunch will not be included .
Adult Brewery Trip
AGES 21 YEARS & OLDER
Take a ride with us to the Ravenswood neighborhood to stop by area breweries . The five unique breweries are all hotspot destinations for travelers around the country . At the end of the trip , we spend the evening having dinner . All participants must be 21 years or older . Transportation is provided by the Park District bus . Beverages and food are not included in the fee .
