My name is Grace Lewis-Nagamine. I am from Alamogordo New Mexico but moved to West Texas a year ago. Although my highest grade level was the 10th grade I furthered my education and career by attending Cosmetology School. Then later going on to get CNA training. Which in fact helped me later in life take care of my grandmother who was in the last stages of Cancer. I underwent a lot of heartache and abuse as a child and young adult. It later manifested to other troubles I found myself in. Therefor decided it was time for a change and dedicated my life to the lord and try my best to do good in the world. I try to instill that in my children today. I have 7 kids. Anthony age 28, Ariel age 22, Logan age 20, Romello age 13, Noelani age 9, and my twins Nalu and Koa age 4. I have taught them the value of helping peolpe and volunteering since a young age. I have made it a family tradition every year to volunteer to ring the bell for Salvation Army around Christmas time. I am happily married to my husband Paul who believes in the same values. I try to include my children in my volunteer work so they learn hands on the importance of helping others. We have done anywhere from collaborating with Salvation Army taking socks and stuffed animals to the elderly in nursing homes to the buddy walk for Down syndrome. To donating for different causes and foundations such as IHops National Pancake Day ( also making appearances). My daughters and I have done the Red-Nose campaign for Walgreens and volunteering in store to show our support. I have lended a helping hand to the Parachute Goddess Project on their world tour by taking behind the scenes videos and pictures. I brought them to New Mexico twice. The mission for that project was to empower women and girls of all ages, sizes, color or background and some of the proceeds went to special programs geared to help drug addicts and most recently proceeds went to Black Lives Matter. I am Host Ambassador for that Project and its magazine, Embrace Beauty Magazine. I am also very proud to say that I am a Good Will Ambassador as well as my daughter Noelani for Come On In Inc. Brand Ambassador for Rarity Cosmetics. I was also featured on the front cover of Aprils issue of Pain 2 Purpose Magazine and featured inside Octobers issue for my Domestic Violence story. In 2018 I won my first title as Mrs. Sun City in El Paso Texas then Mrs. New Mexico. From there I started competing at an International level in South Carolina. I am currently Mrs. Elite Texas 2020/2021 at International level. My daughter Noelani is Little Miss Texas Princess 2020/2021 and together we are the Mama-daughter-Duo that plan on working to make the world a better place. My prayer for all my children is they take what I have instilled in them and use it for good.
