The Masterpiece Campaign provided the community an
opportunity to invest in the school’s future and in the kind of
strategic programming that will allow the school to make a
bold leap to a new level. Virtually every independent school
must undertake a capital campaign every seven to ten years,
and the success of Masterpiece helps to ensure that Sacred
Heart remains at the forefront of excellence—by enhancing
the infrastructure of the school through new classroom and
play spaces, supporting faculty development and student
learning initiatives, and providing increased tuition assistance
to deserving families.
Funds raised through the Masterpiece Campaign were used to install the turf
field, as well as other campus enhancements. The Initiative for Excellence in
Teaching and Learning is an innovative, data-driven approach that includes
on-site teacher coaching, expanded use of teaching assistants, and support
for the further development of personalized learning plans.
