AI Isn’t Your Friend:
The situations you may be experiencing are better off being talked about with an adult or a friend; talking to somebody with actual thoughts and connection is more reliable: it’s real. Even if you ask the AI-generated apps/websites, it’ll only give you an answer that sympathizes with you since you’re expressing your side of the story. It also doesn’t know who you are. Asking questions like; What should I wear today? Should I eat my sandwich?
Your thoughts and abilities should not be replaced by a machine. But that’s what’s happening to teenagers and adults all over the world. Their brains aren’t functioning on their own abilities, and that’s partly because people are afraid of making mistakes. Part of humanity, something that AI doesn’t have, is growth while making flaws. It is necessary for society to make mistakes, that is how we learn. That is something AI can’t obtain: it only issues errors, but it can’t learn from it
Social Media Must Be Secured:
Social media is already risky as it is, but now that AI is engraved within most of the apps we use, it makes everything more exposed. There is evil within our world, for years, people have made deep fakes of celebrities. But it wasn’t as easy. They were photoshopped, which made it easy to spot false, and they’re time consuming to create. But with AI being able to generate photos and produce realistic images, it can make deep fakes and inappropriate content of anybody as long as the person behind the screen has your photo or somebody else’s, it’s risky.
Not only can AI generate inappropriate content without consent, it doesn’t have many regulations, meaning it can generate anything. Families who post children are AI-generated to do inappropriate material. It’s disturbing, but it’s happening frequently.
