The offseason focus is on training, refining technique, and strengthening the team’s competitive edge. With only three seniors graduating, the roster remains strong, boasting 17 returning athletes. The Falcons have been steadily improving each season, fueled by a dedicated coaching staff and a hardworking group of wrestlers who push each other to be their best.
Adding to the optimism, several promising freshmen and sophomores have already shown great potential, positioning the team for even greater success in the years to come. With passion, determination, and a hunger to compete, Saddle Brook wrestling is ready to make its mark in the NJIC Meadowlands Division in 2025.
