TRACK & FIELD TIME

Throughout this Track & Field season, Saddle Brook’s athletes have demonstrated remarkable determination and persistence, working tirelessly to apply their skills on the track. In the sweltering heat, these athletes have shown that nothing can stop them from striving for success. Their physical and mental attributes have produced exemplary results, reflecting their dedication and hard work.

During the outdoor season, numerous events take place beyond running, such as shot put, discus, javelin, and jumping events like long jump, high jump, and triple jump. With the guidance of Coach Ciccone, Coach Gulati, and the two new field coaches, Coach Zach Hartung and Coach Michael Ramos, the team has shown consistent improvement in practice, which has been evident at the meets. The collective efforts of the coaches and athletes have built a strong foundation, fostering both individual and team growth.

Among the season's standout performances, Luke Faber emerged as a formidable competitor, taking 1st place in the discus at the Sectionals and advancing to the State Groups. His dedication and technique have set a high standard for his peers. Similarly, Alexis Relyea demonstrated her strength and skill by securing 4th place in the shot put, showcasing her ability to compete at a high level. Jack Artemiso also made his mark by achieving 4th place in the long jump at the Sectionals, highlighting his agility and precision.
